Located near the upcoming Tanjong Katong MRT station on the Thomson-East Coast Line, Nyon draws inspiration from the Peranakan heritage of the East Coast area. It incorporates traditional Peranakan furniture with patterned tiles, a retro curved spiral staircase, and floral motif detailing in the chairs and railings.
It is built on 12 Amber Road, a 22,800 square feet freehold site that was put up for sale in 2017 for between $56.6 million and $61 million. The strategic location gives you accessibility to the ECP and connectivity to the city and Changi Airport. Situated at the fringe of the historic Katong neighbourhood with its conservation shophouses and colourful terrace houses, Nyon is never too far away from your local delicacies with a tradition stretching back decades.
